Master Bedroom 1: En-suite bedroom with a double bed, dressing table, bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, jacuzzi bathtub, bathroom, and toilet.

Master Bedroom 2: En-suite bedroom with one double bed and one single bed, dressing table, bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, bathroom, and toilet.

Important Guest Information

Pool and garden maintenance is carried out every other day by our dedicated staff.

Electricity, water, gas, internet, daily pool and garden maintenance, and initial cleaning upon arrival are included in the price. Additional services such as extra cleaning, bed linen and towel changes, transportation, and car rental are not included.

A refundable damage deposit of 100 Euros is required at check-in. This deposit will be returned after a final inspection at check-out, provided no damage is found, either immediately or within one week.

A cleaning fee of 50 Euros applies for stays shorter than 7 nights.
