All villa rentals operated by Halal Villas, a brand of TayaTravel, are subject to the following terms and conditions:


Our Contract

Your booking is made with Halal Villas, operated by TayaTravel, and these terms apply to all bookings made through our website or third-party agents. By booking a villa with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:


These Booking Conditions and our Privacy Policy

Any special terms that may apply to your villa or destination

Booking details as confirmed by us

In these Booking Conditions, references to ‘you’ and ‘your’ include the Lead Passenger (first person named on the booking) and all persons on whose behalf a booking is made. The Lead Passenger agrees to these terms on behalf of all persons included in the booking.


Reservation & Payment

A non-refundable deposit of €200 / $250 per booking is required to confirm your reservation. Bookings are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to return your deposit and decline a booking at our discretion.

The balance payment for all bookings is due 60 days before your villa rental begins. If the booking is made within this 60-day period, full payment is required. Payment can be made by debit/credit card, excluding American Express. Failure to pay the balance on time may result in cancellation of the booking.


Travel Insurance

It is mandatory for all guests to have adequate travel insurance covering medical expenses, cancellations, and other related travel risks. Halal Villas reserves the right to request proof of insurance. Travel insurance policies offered by credit card companies may not provide comprehensive coverage.

If you fail to provide evidence of travel insurance, Halal Villas reserves the right to cancel your booking, without any liability for refunds.


Cancellation by Client

Cancellations must be made in writing to info@tayatravel.eu. The following cancellation fees apply:


60 days or more before arrival: Loss of deposit

59-30 days before arrival: 70% of total booking amount forfeited

29-0 days before arrival: 100% of total booking amount forfeited

Cancellation by Halal Villas

Halal Villas reserves the right to cancel a booking in exceptional circumstances, including Force Majeure or insufficient bookings. In such cases, all monies paid will be refunded, except for travel insurance or other third-party costs.


Changes by Halal Villas

While we aim to provide all services as described, we may need to make minor changes to villa details or itineraries due to local conditions. Significant changes (such as a villa change) will be communicated to you, and you may choose to accept the change or receive a full refund.


Changes by Client

Any changes to your booking must be made at least 60 days before your arrival date. If changes are requested within this period, they may incur an administrative fee.


Inclusions

The villa rental price includes:

Accommodation as described

Use of all villa facilities

Cleaning services (as specified in your booking)

Airport transfers, if included in the booking

Exclusions

The rental price does not include:


Flights

Travel insTravel insurance

Additional services or excursions not specified in the booking

Travel Documentation

It is your responsibility to ensure you have valid travel documentation, including passports and visas where required. Halal Villas is not responsible for any costs incurred due to invalid or missing documentation.


Liability and Risk

By booking with Halal Villas, you acknowledge that your stay may involve an element of personal risk, including environmental and travel-related hazards. Halal Villas will not be liable for any loss or damage to personal property or injury that occurs during your stay, except where caused by our negligence.


Client Conduct

We expect all guests to behave in a respectful and orderly manner during their stay. Halal Villas reserves the right to terminate the stay of any guest causing disruption or posing a danger to others, without compensation or refund.


Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Turkey, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Turkish courts.
