Overlooking the pool, the living room features a comfortable seating area, satellite LCD TV, air conditioning, and a dining table for 4, with direct access to the pool terrace.

Bedrooms

Master Bedroom: En-suite bedroom with a double bed, air conditioning, bedside table, wardrobe, dressing table, jacuzzi bath, and toilet.

Family Bedroom: En-suite bedroom with one double bed, one single bed, wardrobe, dressing table, air conditioning, jacuzzi bath, and toilet.

Important Guest Information

Pool and garden maintenance is performed every other day by our dedicated staff.

Electricity, water, gas, internet, daily pool and garden maintenance, and initial cleaning are included in the price. Additional services such as extra cleaning, bed linen and towel changes, transportation, and car rental are not included.

A refundable damage deposit of 100 Euros is required upon check-in. After a final inspection at check-out, the deposit will be returned immediately or within one week, provided no damage is found.

A cleaning fee of 100 Euros applies for stays shorter than 5 nights.
