Overlooking the pool, the living room includes a cozy seating area, satellite LCD TV, air conditioning, and a dining table for 4, with direct access to the pool terrace.

Bedrooms

Master Bedroom: Features a double bed, air conditioning, bedside table, wardrobe, dressing table, jacuzzi bath, and toilet.

Second Master Bedroom: Includes one double bed and one single bed, wardrobe, dressing table, air conditioning, jacuzzi, and a private bathroom.

Important Guest Information

Pool and garden maintenance is carried out every other day by our dedicated staff.

Electricity, water, gas, internet, daily pool and garden maintenance, and initial cleaning upon arrival are included in the price. Additional services such as extra cleaning, bed linen changes, transportation, and car rental are not included.

A refundable damage deposit of 100 Euros is required upon check-in. This deposit will be returned after a final inspection at check-out, provided there is no damage, either immediately or within one week.

A cleaning fee of 100 Euros applies for stays shorter than 5 nights.
