1st Bedroom: En-suite master bedroom with a double bed, dressing table, nightstand, air conditioning, wardrobe, jacuzzi bath, and toilet.

Important Guest Information

Pool and garden maintenance is carried out every other day by our dedicated staff.

Electricity, water, gas, internet, daily pool and garden maintenance, and initial cleaning are included in the price. Additional services such as extra cleaning, bed linen and towel changes, transportation, and car rental are not included.

A refundable damage deposit of 100 Euros is required at check-in. This deposit will be returned after a final inspection upon check-out, provided there is no damage, either immediately or within one week.

For stays shorter than 7 nights, a cleaning fee of 100 Euros applies.
