Important Guest Information

Pool and garden maintenance is conducted every other day by our dedicated staff.

Electricity, water, gas, internet, daily pool and garden maintenance, and initial cleaning are included in the price. Additional services such as extra cleaning, bed linen and towel changes, transportation, and car rental are not included.

A damage deposit of 87 Euros is required at check-in, which will be refunded after a final inspection upon check-out, provided there is no damage. Refunds are processed immediately or within one week.

A cleaning fee of 44 Euros applies for stays shorter than 5 nights.
