Teen Bedroom: Features two single beds, a wardrobe, dressing table, air conditioning, and en-suite bathroom.

Important Guest Information

Pool and garden maintenance is conducted every other day by our dedicated staff.

Electricity, water, gas, internet, daily pool and garden maintenance, and initial cleaning are included in the price. Additional services such as extra cleaning, bed linen and towel changes, transportation, and car rental are not included.

A refundable security deposit of 150 Euros is required at check-in. This deposit will be returned after a final inspection at check-out, provided there is no damage.

A cleaning fee of 58 Euros applies for stays shorter than 7 nights.

The pool heating fee is 100 Euros per day.
