Master Bedroom 2: Includes a double bed, dressing table, chest of drawers, air conditioning, wardrobe, jacuzzi, en-suite bathroom, and toilet.

Third Bedroom: Designed for younger guests, this room offers one double bed and one single bed, along with a dressing table, chest of drawers, air conditioning, wardrobe, en-suite bathroom, and toilet.

Important Guest Information

Pool and garden maintenance is conducted every other day by our dedicated staff.

Electricity, water, gas, internet, daily pool and garden maintenance, and initial cleaning upon arrival are included in the price. Additional services such as extra cleaning, bed linen changes, transportation, and car rental are not included.

A refundable damage deposit of 100 Euros is required at check-in. This deposit will be returned immediately or within one week after a final inspection at check-out, provided no damage is found.

A cleaning fee of 100 Euros applies for stays shorter than 7 nights.

The daily pool heating fee is 30 Euros.
