Note: A cleaning fee of 100 Euros and a daily pool heating fee of 30 Euros apply for stays shorter than 7 nights.

Important Guest Information

Pool and garden maintenance is performed every other day by our dedicated staff.

Electricity, water, gas, internet, daily pool and garden maintenance, and initial cleaning upon arrival are included in the price. Additional services such as extra cleaning, bed linen and towel changes, transportation, and car rental are not included.

A refundable damage deposit of 100 Euros is required at check-in. This deposit will be returned after a final inspection at check-out, provided no damage is found, either immediately or within one week.
