Important Guest Information

Pool and garden maintenance is conducted every other day by our dedicated staff.

Electricity, water, gas, internet, daily pool and garden maintenance, and initial cleaning upon arrival are included in the price. Additional services such as extra cleaning, bed linen and towel changes, transportation, and car rental are not included.

A security deposit of 100 Euros is required at check-in and will be refunded after a final inspection at check-out, provided there is no damage.

A cleaning fee of 100 Euros applies for stays shorter than 7 nights.
