Important Guest Information

Pool and garden maintenance is carried out every other day by our dedicated staff.

Electricity, water, gas, internet, daily pool and garden maintenance, and initial cleaning upon arrival are included in the price. Additional services such as extra cleaning, linen and towel changes, transportation, and car rental are not included.

A security deposit of 72 Euros is required upon check-in. After a final inspection upon departure, the deposit will be refunded immediately or within one week if no damages are found.

For stays shorter than 7 nights, a cleaning fee of 44 Euros applies.
