Important Guest Notes

Pool and garden maintenance is carried out every other day by our dedicated staff.

Electricity, water, gas, internet, daily pool and garden maintenance, and initial cleaning upon arrival are included in the price. Extra services such as additional cleaning, linen and towel changes, transportation, and car rental are not included.

A security deposit of 58 Euros is required upon check-in, refundable after a damage inspection upon departure. If no damages are found, the deposit will be returned immediately or within 1 week to your account.

A cleaning fee of 44 Euros applies for stays of less than 7 nights.
