Important Guest Information

Pool and garden maintenance is carried out every other day by our dedicated staff.

Electricity, water, gas, internet, daily pool and garden maintenance, and initial cleaning are included in the price. Additional services such as extra cleaning, bed linen changes, transportation, and car rental are not included.

A refundable damage deposit of 100 Euros is required at check-in. This deposit will be returned after a final inspection at check-out, provided no damage is found.

A cleaning fee of 100 Euros applies for stays of 5 nights or less.

The cost of pool heating is 100 Euros per week.
